Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to professional engagements with Net Latticepoint Co., Ltd. for energy consumption reporting, baselines, portfolio reviews, peak briefings, and facility reviews. It does not cover products or delivery models we do not offer.
Eligibility
Refund requests are considered when work has not started, when we cancel an engagement we cannot staff, or when a written engagement letter specifies a refundable deposit.
Timeframe
Submit refund or cancellation requests in writing to info@net-latticepoint.click within 14 days of the invoice or deposit payment date, or sooner if the engagement letter sets an earlier window.
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund of unused fees when we cancel before kickoff for reasons within our control.
- Partial refund when a recurring reporting cycle is cancelled mid-cycle after kickoff; completed visits, packs, or briefings remain chargeable on a pro-rata basis stated in the engagement letter.
- Baselines and peak briefings already delivered are not refundable.
Non-refundable items
Third-party travel booked at your request, completed on-site facility review days, and delivered reporting packs are non-refundable. Deposits may be non-refundable when the engagement letter marks them as securing scarce on-site slots.
Process and timing
Email info@net-latticepoint.click with your invoice reference and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Facility reviews may be rescheduled once without fee if you give at least three business days’ notice. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee covering technician time already reserved.
No-shows and work already started
If escorts fail to appear for a confirmed on-site slot, the visit fee remains payable. Once meter inventory or charting has begun, fees for work performed remain due even if you pause the engagement.
