Facility reviews
On-site reviews that make reporting honest
Meter walks, zone tags, and access notes that keep later energy consumption charts tied to the building.
What a facility review covers
A facility review is the on-site foundation for our reporting engagements. We arrive with your escort, photograph and tag meters, note locked rooms, and capture how major loads map to floors or systems.
The visit is not a retrofit survey. We do not open panels beyond what your safety rules allow, and we do not sell hardware during the walk.
Sequence
From access briefing to tagged inventory
- Confirm escorts, PPE, and rooms that need advance notice.
- Walk meter rooms and major plant spaces with your facility lead.
- Record tags, photos, and known gaps on a shared confirmation list.
- Hand the inventory into the baseline or recurring reporting cycle.
When to schedule a review
Book a review before the first Facility Energy Reporting Engagement, after a major tenant fit-out, or when portfolio charts disagree with what staff see on site.
Greater Bangkok visits fit into ordinary weekday windows. Sites farther afield combine remote intake with planned travel days in the estimate.
